FOTLGR and various partners are developing a Watershed-Based Plan for the Muddy Creek Watershed.  To learn more click here.

FOTLGR has received a grant from the WV DEP in partnership with Downstream Strategies of Morgantown WV to facilitate a watershed plan for the Muddy Creek tributary to the Lower Greenbrier River. Public meetings will be announced and landowners with be encouraged to take part in this important program. Federal 319 funds will be made available for those that qualify and landowners that agree to make watershed improvements.

FOTLGR plans on opening an office in ALDERSON

 Our Board of Directors has voted  to take FOTLGR to a new level  and Beginning this summer open an office in our town of Alderson!

We hope this public office  that will help encouraging more public particiapation

in protecting and improving the Lower Greenbrier River watershed. With this space we hope to reach more watershed citizens and offer more educational programing
